Great! Reasonable prices for fantastic food. I had their salt and pepper pork and postickers, and both were fresh and flavorful (and piping hot!). Service was friendly and attentive, and the dining area was cool, clean, and comfortable. Definitely worth a visit whether your dining alone or want the traditional shared dish dining experience.

If you are looking for the standard Chinese buffet or takeout this place is not for you. If you are looking for a more authentic experience and delicious food then give this place a shot. We ordered a good sampling of dishes and were impressed with everything. Great taste, served fast and was reasonably priced for how much food you get. We had the spicy dumplings for appetizer and they were some of the best I have tried. We ordered 4 mains pictures attached. The dandan noodles were the stand out for me. They were super tasty and unlike any noodles I have had before. The twice cooked pork was superb as well as was the green beans. The popcorn chicken was good but not as good as the rest. Go...you will like it

ChiliSpot is so good! Food will be spicy but delicious. I come here more often when the weather is cold to take advantage of the spiciness. I recommend the wontons, beef, fish, and shrimps.

Updated review - I’ve been obsessed with their mala tang bowl. It comes in spicy,non-spicy and dry version. Basically, you can choose whatever protein/ veggies/ noodles etc that you like to add into your soup bowl. I had the non-spicy a few times and I love it every single time. Must try item!!! ***Previous review: My favorite dish here are these 3 items - spicy wonton, pickled fish soup and pork with garlic sauce. I eat here once a month but usually just order takeout for convenience. Sometime I tried other dishes when I dined in, but I always come back to these 3 items. I think the spicy wonton is more delicious than the non-spicy version. The picked fish soup is 10/10. The service here js very good with both dine in or takeout. It’s a very nice restaurant for family gathering as well since they have a big menu with variety of dishes. Highly recommend!

We lived in St. Louis about years ago and came back to visit friends over spring break. A few people recommended Chili Spot, and we’re so glad we finally got to try it—what a hidden gem! The food was super authentic and full of bold, delicious flavors. Every dish we ordered was spot-on. The staff were really friendly and attentive, and the owner even came by to check in, which made us feel extra welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back whenever we’re in town, and we’ll be recommending it to all our local friends too!

Great Szechuan restaurant where you can get the flavor and spice in full. It’s different from most of Chinese restaurants in the states, they offer authentic food with clear communication and friendly service. I highly recommended the popcorn chicken, their Mapo tofu is good too but a bit mild.

Chilispot provides a great spacious sit down Chinese cuisine experience and they have primarily Sichuan dishes that are flavorful and packed with a healthy amount of red pepper and Mala seasonings for spice lovers. Upon visit I was greeted by a friendly staff and promptly seated during normal volume dining. The atmosphere and seating appeared great for both small friend outings and family gatherings, including a large dining table with a dining turn-table where I saw a small group enjoying themselves. Upon my visit I tried multiple dishes, including the Sichuan Ribs, Mongolian beef, Chongqing popcorn chicken, potstickers, and wonton's. The meals were absolute flavor bombs of spice, and everything was pleasantly aromatic. The Sichuan Wontons here really stood out for me upon my visit and I'll be ordering them as an appetizer every time I visit.

I came from ChongqingChina and live in Minnesota, and my friends took me to this Chinese-owned restaurant three years ago. During this spring break, we visited St. Louis again and made sure to come back to Chilispot. The food was just as amazing as before—same restaurant, same owner, same great flavors. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly! Highly recommended especially if you’re a fan of Sichuan cuisine.
